Larry G. Hailey entered the commercial real estate business in 1961, after graduating from Emory University and Emory Law School. He founded Hailey Realty Company in 1969. Larry specializes in leasing of office space and industrial buildings, having put together numerous sales of downtown Atlanta properties, suburban office parks and industrial buildings. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and was the first recipient of the Board's Silver Phoenix Award for 25 years of continuous achievement in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club. Larry serves as Chairman Emeritus and Secretary of Hailey Realty Company.

Howard H. R. Boyd, SIOR joined Hailey Realty in 1985 as an office property specialist concentrating in tenant representation and office property acquisition. Howard is an associate broker and Vice President of Hailey Realty. He is a Phoenix Award recipient and life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) Million Dollar Club. Howard is active at ACBR where he has served on the Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Forms Committee, and volunteers on the Professional Standards Committee. Howard is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international professional organization comprising 2,800 of today's most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Reid P. Hailey started his real estate career in 1980 after earning a degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. Reid joined Hailey Realty Company in 1984 and specializes in the sale of land to developers, investors and users. He is consistently one of the top producing land brokers in the Atlanta market and in 2007 was named the number one producing land broker by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Reid is the President of Hailey Realty Company and a Phoenix Award recipient and life member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Jay Young entered the commercial real estate business in 1986 after graduating from the University of Georgia. Jay joined Hailey Realty in 1992 and specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. With his brokerage partner, Brad Pope, Jay has assisted clients in approximately 150 transactions in the last three years totaling more than 2,500,000 square feet and valued in excess of $90,000,000. Jay is also a principal in real estate investment companies, WYW Properties and Johnson Hailey Investments. Jay is the Executive Vice President of Hailey Realty Company and a Phoenix Award recipient and life member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

David Moore, CCIM graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. After college he worked for McColgan & Company appraising apartment, industrial and retail centers throughout the Southeast. In 1998, David joined Hailey Realty to help increase leasing and sales of industrial and office properties, and continues to specialize in this area. In 2001, David successfully completed all courses and transactional requirements to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. As a CCIM, he is among an elite corps of 7,500 professionals across North America who are recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. David is also a life member of the ACBR and has served on several of its committees. As an Atlanta native, husband and father, David Moore has made commercial real estate a life long passion.

Brad Pope, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, entered the commercial real estate business in 1999 before joining Hailey Realty Company in 2001. As a tenant representative, he specializes in representing companies with their leasing, purchasing, and sale requirements. Brad also represents an investment group, Johnson-Hailey Investments, with their purchasing and selling of office and industrial facilities.  He is responsible for the management and leasing of their properties as well.  Brad graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and is a native of Atlanta.

Melody Rowland began her career in real estate in 1993. While she is a Midwest native, she has made Georgia home since 1991. Her formal education is in business administration, providing a broad base of knowledge. Prior to joining Hailey Realty Company, Mel worked with several Atlanta-based property management companies. She has extensive experience in office, industrial and flex space, having managed over 3 million square feet for both entrepreneurial and institutional owners as well as the management of apartment communities. Mel joined Hailey Realty Company at the beginning of 2007. As Property Manager, Mel brings experience in both commercial and residential management. She earned her Georgia Real Estate license in 2004, offering a unique blend of leasing and management experience.
